Our Story

Kaplan has a long history of collaborating with leading brands throughout Scandinavia, such as Åhlens, SJ, Circle K, Com Hem and Skandia to maximize the value of their customers and earn their loyalty.

Customer management is, to us, a philosophy of getting to know our clients´ customers. We create experiences based on individual behaviors and motivations – and predict what products, services and experiences should be offered at the right time, through the best channel.
