Production Manager

Great! We are looking for a skilled Production Manager to join our Creative and Dialogue team at Kaplan. You will be leading projects that change consumer behaviour through ideas, creativity and the use of personalized communication. Our access to in-depth data about customer behaviour opens up possibilities to engage and motivate the customer on a personal level.

You are a team player and have the leadership skills to get the best out of your colleagues and the gravitas to build unshakeable relationships with clients. Currently we are working with clients like SJ, Volvo, Circle K, Tele 2, Svenska Spel, Com Hem and Klarna.

The role
  • Manage resources, project scopes, timelines and deliverables
  • Ensure an effective and qualitative production process
  • Have that all-important business mind-set, identifying opportunities for organic growth of your accounts
  • Monitor workload and assist with management of internal resources
  • Work with cross-functional teams and be a vital part in delivering outstanding work
  • 3+ years of project management experience in an advertising agency or similar environment
  • Experience in leading digital communication projects
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
  • Able to work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines
  • Experience working with marketing technology platforms such as Adobe or Salesforce is a major plus
